A Few Suggestions
for your comfort
01Spa Reservations
Our test-scraping-2c Spa is open from 10.00am to 7.00pm daily for treatments, and our Spa Wet Facilities are open from 10.00am to 9.00pm. Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time and treatment.
02Consultation
We invite you to our Reception for a private consultation to determine your needs and design your treatment experience. Please let us know before booking if you have any physical ailments, allergies or disabilities, or are taking any medication.
03Preparation
We recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables in your room before coming to the Spa.
04Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to complete your spa consultation form and take time to get changed before your treatment.
05Spa Attire
Your modesty will be respected at all times. Disposable underwear is available if desired. Loose clothing is provided for Thai massages, as are sarongs and slippers. Please bring your own gym clothing if you wish to participate in our wellness activities.
06During Your Stay
In consideration of other guests, active mobile phones are not permitted in the spa. Our spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony — please be aware of the volume of your voice so as not to disturb other valued guests.
07After Your Treatment
We recommend that you do not sunbathe after any massage or body treatment for at least six hours.
08Cancellation Policy
Please give 5 hours cancellation notice on individual treatments and 24 hours notice on packages. A 50% cancellation fee may apply if such notice is not given. For no-shows, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
09Child Policy
For the use of our spa facilities and services, the minimum age is 16. Some treatments may be provided for children as long as the parents stay together in the treatment room. Junior spa treatments for children under 12 are discounted at 20%.
10Payment
You may choose to pay for your treatment services after your treatment or at check-out. Please note that we accept cash and credit card payment.
