In Vinyasa, movement and breath become one. Each posture is linked to an inhale or exhale, creating a moving meditation that builds warmth, strength, and steadiness. The gentle rhythm helps quiet a busy mind and bring you back into your body.
Guided by Khun A
Our sessions are led by Watchararat Srichamroen (Khun A), a certified yoga teacher since 2008 who is also trained in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Reiki, crystals, sound healing, and sacred geometry. Khun A offers gentle support and wellness tools to help you return to your True-Self.
