Function training is a program designed to blend various training modalities so you can perform the activities of daily life more efficiently — improving functionality and mobility while reducing the risk of injury.
Training for everyday life
Rather than isolating single muscles, function training works the body the way it actually moves: reaching, bending, twisting and carrying. The result is greater ease and confidence in ordinary movement, and a body that is more resilient to strain.
Come as you are
No need to wear sports shoes to class. The session is adaptable to your ability and guided by Khun A, our resident Wellness & Yoga practitioner, who trained in yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
